East West is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our small but mighty Marketing team. East West Manufacturing is an integrated design, manufacturing, and distribution services partner for original equipment manufacturers and distributors throughout the United States and Europe. 

With domestic operations in Georgia, North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin and international operations in Costa Rica, Vietnam, China, India, and Canada, our global footprint is rapidly expanding. East West is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help build our brand.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking to learn more about marketing a global B2B brand. This position requires excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills. It requires a considerable level of brand management, personal accountability, and professionalism. If you are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who has sharp creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, this is the position for you!

This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide graphic design support for marketing materials (print and digital), which may include flyers, brochures, downloads, business cards, presentations, signage, promotional items, advertisements, etc.

  • Assist with post-acquisition integration-related and new company hire tasks including creating new business cards, email signatures, website content updates, signage, etc.

  • Support North American Business Units’ ongoing graphic design requests including ordering new business cards, envelopes, updated branded materials, etc.

  • Assist with frequent Executive and Sales Presentation requests – updating content and creating new presentation decks

  • Help with video editing as needed

  • Create engaging content for Social Media related to press releases, new videos, etc.

  • Assist with cleaning up CRM to keep data clean and organized

  • Support Company Award Applications

  • Draft case studies/success stories, website feature stories, service, and product offering descriptions, blog posts, white papers, web content, presentations, social media, and product brochures

  • Create a blog schedule to repurpose content on an ongoing basis

  • Perform basic website updates under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Flexible and responsive; thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Successful track record of juggling multiple competing tasks and demands, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines without requiring a great deal of outside oversight
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business' mission
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects at once
  • Eager to learn and grow into a Digital Marketer role

Nice to haves, but not required:

  • Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Knowledgeable about WordPress (or basic HTML/CSS skills)
  • Video Editing Capabilities
  • Quick to understand technical industry terminology
  • Fluent in English and French Canadian and/or Spanish
